Yes, we do accept walk-ins, but Online Appointments have priority over walk-ins. 

It would be better to book online to diminish your wait time. Signing waivers and getting dressed in protective gear takes time, but your room will be ready and staged when you get here!
You are also welcomed to print out the waivers and sign beforehand. We are appointment only on Monday!

NO, prices are NOT per person. Prices are per session with each package just holding up to a certain amount of Smashers which is what you see in parentheses. Choose a session based on the amount of breakables you want to smash, time you want to have to smash, or amount of people that will be smashing with you.

Yes! Under 10 glass items can be added to any session for FREE. Anything 10 or over will be charged a $10 clean up fee. Electronics are welcomed and subject to inspection. There is a $10 clean up fee for every 2 small electronics as well. Clean up prices on TVs or Grande electronics are subject to up to $50 clean up fee based on size and disposal. Any empty alcohol bottles must be rinsed out prior to being added to session.

Yes, we accept donations always. You may call for an arranged pick up if you are within 5-10 miles of location or you may drop off to the door at anytime. We appreciate all donations. Check out our Donations page for a complete list of what we accept.

We realize kids deal with stress as well. School work, teachers, chores, homework all can trigger stress. Let them release fun & safely in a controlled environment. 

Visit our Appointments and Waivers page and scroll down to Online Appointments. Click your session and choose your time and date. It’s a very easy checkout process. We also accept PayPal and credit/debit cards online.

Yes! We understand things come up and you may need to reschedule your appointment to a later date or time. Please be advised that you can change date and time one(1) time within 30 days before forfeiture. 

NO Call/ NO Show/ NO Refund will forfeit your appointment as well.
Please call us within at least 30 minutes before your session if you need to change date or time. 

We recommend you wear long pants, socks, and closed toe shoes. We supply the rest of the gear needed for safe smashing. 

YES! We encourage you to take pictures, go live, stream, or record your session to show off later to your friends, family & followers. Use the holster on the wall to get an epic view of your smashing experience. Be sure to take pictures at our many selfie stations. Tag us @thrashthesmashroom on IG with hashtag #ThrashSmash! 

All items arranged for destruction would depend on the Session chosen. All sessions come with various glass and ceramic breakables. Such as bottles, plates, cups, mugs, figurines, vases, and VHS tapes, but electronics Small or Grande would depend on which session is picked. 

Yes! We do sell Basket-Ah-Bottles for $10 which has 10 various bottles inside.
Microwaves and toaster ovens are $25 and TVs (old school or flat screen) are $30. Based on inventory.
Great additions to any session. Add as many as you like and pay in-store before or during your session.
You will receive extended time (3-5 min) if Xtra items are purchased. 

Yes! Just Bluetooth up to speaker and smash out to your favorite tunes. We encourage you to make a Thrash Smash playlist that fits your mood. We believe music speaks to your soul. 

Yes! All participants engaging in smashing MUST sign a waiver. It’s to protect and prepare us and you for any and everything that could happen in the smash rooms. No major injuries have occurred here at Thrash the Smash Room. We do have a first aid kit to bandage any minor cuts and bruises. Safe smashing is a priority and we make sure every smasher understands the rules before starting. 

Yes! We sell e-gift cards online or you may purchase plastic gift cards in-store. We recommend adding the dollar amount for whichever session you want to gift.
